All members of the party are responsible severally and jointly for all conditions of this booking. The Party Leader must ensure that all members of the party are aware of these conditions.

The signed booking form must be accompanied by the deposit as shown on the form to secure your booking. The booking will be held for no longer than 2 weeks after dispatch of this letter. The balance of the holiday must be paid eight weeks prior to departure or at the time of booking if within eight weeks. Clients who do not pay at the due time are liable to have their bookings cancelled and appropriate charges levied.

All cancellations must be made by the person who signed the form in writing, by recorded delivery or registered post, and shall take effect upon receipt of the cancellation.

The following cancellation charges shall apply:
If you have to cancel:
more than 8 weeks before departure date: 25% of holiday charge
between 8 to 6 weeks: 30% …………………..
6 to 4 weeks:……………………………40%………………..

An additional refundable deposit is required to cover the cost of any breakages. This is £100 and is payable in pounds sterling (GBP). The deposit will be refunded to you approximately 2 weeks after your return to the UK or your country, less any amount in respect of any breakage etc. In the event of any damages or loss exceeding the amount of deposit and not otherwise covered by Insurance or attributable to fair wear and tear you undertake to repay any charges incurred and agree by signing the Booking Form. To assist us and the next visitors it would be appreciated if you would replace any broken items yourselves during your stay.

The villa is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged.

We strongly advise that you take out holiday Insurance. No liability is taken either the owners or Agents for any illness, injury or fatality. The pool is unfenced and we expect children’s activitie to be supervised accordingly.

The villa is equipped for 6 people and linen and towels are provided, but Beach Towels are not included.

There is no telephone in the villa. We recommend that you bring a mobile whose service provider has enabled you to roam into one of the Portuguese cellular networks; there is good local coverage.

You are asked to lock the villa doors, windows and shutters and entrance gate when you are not in the villa; also the gate and doors at night.

Parking is at the rear of the villa. We regret that the garage is not available.

Any comments on the facilities and your holiday will be welcomed. A book for this purpose is provided in the villa.
